Shipping & delivery FAQs
How and where we deliver, what delivery costs, and how to get free delivery.
Where does Araf Naturals deliver?
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — from Karachi to cities and towns countrywide.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your city. Within Karachi it's a flat citywide fee; for other cities it's based on the parcel's weight and distance. You always see the exact charge before you confirm the order.
When is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders over Rs 10,000 within Karachi and over Rs 15,000 for the rest of Pakistan. Below that, a delivery charge applies based on your location.
How do I set my delivery location?
Choose your province and city in the “Delivery to” section in your basket or at checkout, and the delivery charge updates automatically for that city.
Will my order be confirmed before it ships?
Yes. We contact you to confirm your order and delivery details before it is dispatched.
