How do I place an order?
Add items to your basket and check out on the site, or send us your order on WhatsApp — whichever is easier for you.
What payment methods can I use?
Cash on Delivery and WhatsApp ordering are available now. Secure online payment (JazzCash, Easypaisa, card and bank transfer via PayFast) is coming soon.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
After you place an order, we contact you to confirm the details and delivery before dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp or email us as soon as possible and we'll help before your order is dispatched.
Something isn't right with my order — what should I do?
